Created by Quebec’s government in 2014, temporary tax credit program LogiRénov allows you to access to a substantial financial aid to replace or install a heating system, a high-wall or central heat pump, geothermal system, ventilation or air conditioning system. Made for individuals, this program allows you to obtain a financing that can go up to $ 2,500, or equal to 20 % of eligible expenses exceeding $3,000. Renovations must be made after April 24th or before July 1st, 2015. Only qualified contractors, like Tran Climatisation, are allowed to perform all renovations eligible by this program.

Here is an overview of renovations eligible to LogiRénov program

• Replacement of a propane or natural gas heating system appliance with an appliance using the same fuel;
• Installation of a geothermal system certified by the Canadian GeoExchange Coalition.
• Replacement of a heating oil, propane or natural gas system with a system using electricity.
• Replacement of window air conditioner or central air conditioner by an Energy-Star approved central split or ductless air conditioner (high-wall conditioner)
• Installation of an Energy Star approved heat recovery ventilator or energy-recovery ventilator
