As an accredited contractor, Tran Climatisation offers you the opportunity to obtain the Novoclimat subsidy for your new home. The Novoclimat program has been in existence for more than twenty years and consists of financial assistance for individuals who wish to purchase a new permanent home with high energy efficiency. A Novoclimat home allows you to save 20% on your energy bill, in addition to guaranteeing greater comfort for all occupants.
As of January 1, 2021, a new feature will be added to the Novoclimat program. You can now benefit from financial assistance for the purchase of a heat pump. The financial assistance granted may vary depending on the capacity of the heating system installed. We invite you to consult the eligible heat pump models.

House: Single-family houses (detached, semi-detached, row houses), bi-generation or single-family homes with an attached house.

Small multi-unit buildings: buildings of three floors or less and 600 m² or less.
Large multi-unit buildings: applies to buildings of more than 600 m² and up to 10 floors.
For a single-family home, you can get up to $2,000 in financing. However, be sure to review the eligibility criteria for your home before applying for the subsidy.
If you’re a first-time homebuyer, you may be eligible for an additional $2,000 in financial assistance, for a possible total of $4,000.
If you are planning to make major renovations to replace or purchase a heat pump, air conditioner or heating system and you wish to register for a grant program, the Tran Climatisation team is there to help you.
