Tran Climatisation, your heating and cooling expert serving Greater Montreal, Laval, and the South Shore, helps you benefit from Hydro-Québec’s “Efficient Heat Pumps” subsidy program. This program provides financial support for the purchase and installation of a new heat pump that meets Hydro-Québec’s efficiency standards.
Hydro-Québec’s Efficient Heat Pumps program offers financial assistance of $50 for every 1,000 BTU/h of heating capacity at –8 °C. The higher your system’s capacity, the greater your total subsidy amount.
To qualify for the subsidy, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Free evaluation : A Tran Climatisation technician inspects your home and recommends an eligible heat pump.
2. Equipment installation : Our certified team installs your heat pump according to Hydro-Québec standards.
3. Application submission : We help you complete and submit your Hydro-Québec application with all required documents.
4. Payment of assistance : Once approved, your financial assistance is usually paid within 10 to 12 weeks.
