The split air conditioner consists of two basic components: an indoor unit (the evaporator) and the outdoor unit (the condenser or compressor). These two units are connected by a pipe containing refrigerant. The air conditioning cycle begins with the evaporator absorbing warm, moist air from your home. The refrigerant in the ductwork, as it changes from a liquid to a gas, absorbs heat and moisture from the air. It then passes to the condenser, which removes the heat to the outside. The cool, moisture-free air is then released through the evaporator.
As a contractor approved and accredited by the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec, Tran Climatisation is proud to put at your disposal a multidisciplinary team of advisors and technicians who will meet all your needs in split air conditioning.
