In its most recent budget, the government did not renew the RénoVert program, which expired on March 31, 2019.
In order to realize all your projects of renovation, Tran Climatisation gives you access to a brand new tax credit program, the RénoVert Program. Created by Quebec government on March 17th, 2016, tax credit RénoVert encourages people to do ecoresponsible residential renovation works, that have a direct impact on an energetic or enviromental level.
If you wish to begin ecoresponsible changes and renovation on your home, RénoVert is what you need. The renovations need to be done on a residence that you own or co-own and that is your permanent residence place; the construction of said house must be done prior to January 1st, 2016.
These renovations must be done by an accredited contractors according to an agreement made after March 17th, 2016 and prior to April 1st, 2017. The maximal amount allowed is $10,000. It corresponds to 20% of eligible expenses, that goes above $2,500 that you would have paid after March 17th, 2016 and prior to October 1st, 2017.
